Refund policy

All Sales are final.  We unfortunately do not accept any returns or Exchanges.  However , if your item has been damaged during shipment, we require documentation within 48 hours of delivery.   

Each item is lovingly selected and carefully packaged before shipping.  In the rare event your order arrives damaged, we are happy to review the situation with you.

To be eligible for a refund, all portions of the damaged item must be returned along with all the documentation requested below. 

What is required for a refund on damaged goods:

*One continuous, unedited video showing:

*The entire outer shipping package (all sides)

*The shipping label

*The process of you opening the package

*The item clearly showing any damage .  Video MUST begin before the package is opened and when the item is unwrapped.  Video must be angled in a way where when unpacking the box and individual piece, it can be clearly seen with no obstruction and with plenty of lighting.

*Clear Photos of:

*The outside of the box

*Packing Materials

*The damaged item (multiple angles)

*Proof of Purchase:

*Order Confirmation or Receipt

PLEASE NOTE:

*Claims cannot be reviewed without all required documentation.

*Natural Variations or inclusions in crystals are not considered damage.  Please carefully view each photo provided with each product on the site.

*Damage occurring after delivery is not covered.

*Original shipping costs are non-refundable

All refunds are determined after review and at our discretion.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
